Dear Future Me (2018) - When I Grow Up

Dear Future Me (2018) - When I Grow Up This is the seventh time Ive written a Dear Future Me letter. You can read the others from the links back on last years letter,  and the idea behind the Dear Future Me letter from the amazeballs woman I stole it from (hi Jess Lively!) right  here.  While I usually keep part of my letter private, this year Im publishing it all. (Gulp) January 1, 2019 Dear Future Me, The fear and excitement you root for your clients to feel and encourage to follow? I know youve been feeling it recently equal parts confidence and trust alongside terror and insecurity. Theres a simple explanation for this, Michelle: its the year of your Big Dreams. I know that you suspect this, but youve been hiding from it, denying it, shying away from your Shine. No more. Its time to own and step into your legacy work. Its time to step into your own spotlight, solo, and reach those big goals. Your own continually sold out program and the book deal thatll come from it? Youve queued it up this year real good, selling out your discovery group* each time you ran it, getting the results you had hoped for while not compromising the relationships you seek from all your work and projects. The money it brought in this year can be doubled in 2019. Honing your message and making the subsequent changes to your brand, copy and offers was a huge game changer. The fear you had of who and what youd lose was inconsequential compared to those who did find you and became more confident more quickly that  you were the right person to help them. It boils down to this: The fulfillment you feel at work is directly related to how much money you make. Dont be afraid to hire more help. Dont be afraid to keep working with consultants. Dont be afraid to invest in a full-on photo shoot. Dont be afraid to limit or totally stop blogging. Dont be afraid to say No to anything outside your zone of genius. Teaching + Speaking + Writing (programs and books) + Coaching alongside Compassion + Abundance + Vulnerability + Shine are the pillars of your 2018 success, both personally and professionally. Being cognizant and shifting to this mindset changes your whole life, because it changes how you feel, act, and respond each day. You know how to be still, sans guilt or shame. Most days feel peaceful and calm. Your bodys fuel and strength has become a priority. Your mortality doesnt shake you to your core. Youre more present and, therefore, grateful (or is it vice versa?). Youre kinder and gentler to your family. You treat yourself as your own best friend. You know, feel, trust and follow that you do and are enough. You hear your intuition clearly now, and allow it to be your biggest guide. You are now 40. The cancer has not returned. Your hair is exactly how you like it. Your loves remain your loves. Your relationships have strengthened. Youre easier to forgive others and yourself. 2018 Michelle has been cracked wide open.   2018 Michelle has decided to leave the nest. 2018 Michelle has flew. Love, Current Michelle *Psst, reader! Want to be the first to know about this discovery group? Sign up for my one-on-one waitlist and youll get first crack at it next month!
