Most people are grateful to report to work, often looking forward to the next paycheck. However, there are some employees whose companies have suffer from a loss of public confidence. There are several factors behind it, and politics would play a hand. Theres notlagehing these people could do about it unless they happen to be spin doctors. If youre one of them, then you must be struggling with motivation on a daily basis. Furthermore, you must deal with quizzical looks, if not disapproving stares. And there are days when making through the day would be a bit too much. Dont worry about the small stuff. You read it right.Here are five ways to deal with itThink of it as a blessing in disguise. Crises like this one will enable you to rise up to the challenge. You wont go down without a fight. You may sound like a professional athlete, which could surprise you. Theres no other way.
